There is an order in the disorder, just like a waterfall, Turbulent, Vibrant, and Smooth at the same time. Putting things orderly is what we call building the home. The order we establish in the art of making a home, reflects our customer’s dreams. Developing a home is science as much as it is an art.
The reason is that building a home is not like McDonald’s where over a billion burgers sold, mostly alike, not that hard of a choice, but when it comes to building a house you have hundreds of changing parts, a decision-making nightmare. The contractor has a conflict of interest if the contractor chooses a better piece it cuts into his bottom line. For the peace of mind and building a quality home, it requires segregation of the builder fees from the actual construction material labor and subcontractor costs.
Our passions, all of my passions whether for profit or not for profit ventures revolve around people. In nonprofits it may be my “Science Bookclub” for Human Development or “Eye in Silicon Valley” the Technology Seminars to inspire our youth, or www.Virufy.org a nonprofit to find the early detection App for Covid-19 employing AI and Deep learning over Data collected from hospitals in the service of humanity, always about people.
